Emerald Coast Private Chefs Meal Prep
All of our meals have been carefully crafted, and can be customized in anyway. ECPC asks for a 10 meal minimum and if you decide to be a weekly recurring customer you will receive a 10% discount.
Our meals come in a plastic container for easy microwave OR by request; we can prepare your meals into glass Pyrex that can go into your oven.
Most of our meals are 10.75 each with a 1.00 upcharge for fresh seafood

Buddha Bowl: Roasted Cauliflower, Sweet potato, beats, Chickpeas, Micro greens,
Mushrooms, Faro (or brown rice, or barley) Dressing Ingredients: Miso, rice wine vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, avocado oil, monk fruit.
Asian Chicken Salad: Asian Salad Ingredients: Chicken, Kale, Carrots, Roma Tomatoes, Almonds, Sweet Corn, Peppers, Mango, Red Onion, Sesame Seeds, Olive Oil, Roasted Garlic, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Pepper, Creole Blend, Jalapeno Pepper, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
